At Blanco Horner, we believe in a “garden-to-plate” philosophy, and our latest offerings from Evergreen Deli are designed to bring that vision to life.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new seasonal picnic range, featuring three distinct options meticulously curated to suit every occasion—from romantic afternoon grazes to family outings and gourmet solo escapes.
The Individual Picnic Box – $27.50
Choice of Gourmet Sandwich (All fillings are Gluten-Free):
– Chicken Waldorf: Chicken, mayonnaise, crisp apple, celery & walnuts (DF)
– Roast Beef: Roast beef, mustard pickle, baby spinach, cheddar cheese & Spanish onion (NF)
– Double Smoked Ham: Ham, sundried tomato, provolone, basil pesto & rocket (NF)
– Egg & Chive: Egg, chive, toasted sesame & kewpie mayonnaise (V)
– Peppercorn Smoked Salmon: Tasmanian salmon, dill crème fraîche & preserved lemon (NF)

The Grazing Box – $32.00
Perfect for those who love a bit of everything, our new Grazing Box is a celebration of premium Australian local products. It’s the ultimate companion for a relaxed afternoon with friends or a loved one.
The Selection: Prosciutto, copocollo, and sopressa paired with vintage cheddar and creamy brie.
The Accoutrements: Zesty giardiniera, house-made hommus and beetroot dips, fresh celery, carrot, and crisp lavosh.
The Kids Picnic Box – $15.00
We haven’t forgotten our youngest explorers! The Kids Picnic Box is designed to be simple, fresh, and tasty, giving the little ones fuel for their garden adventures.
Choice of Sandwich: Classic Ham & Cheese or the Aussie staple, Cheese and Vegemite.
How to Order
To ensure the freshest local ingredients, our picnic boxes are available for pre-order online at least 48 hours in advance.
Collection Point: Evergreen Deli (Schomburgk Pavilion), Adelaide Botanic Garden.
Collection Times: Between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
