MEET OUR TEAM
Our team is pleased to welcome you to our green deli, open daily from 9 am to 4 pm. With being located in the Adelaide Botanic Garden, we take sustainability, green practices, and local sourcing of ingredients seriously.
By collaborating with Fleurieu Milk Company, we have prevented over 2000 single-use plastic milk containers from being used by implementing their milk-on-tap system.
We are also supporting the sharing of reusable cups by partnering with Reusably.
We use reusable, biodegradable, and compostable products, and we are proud to be a part of City of Adelaide sustainability incentives.
We are enthusiastic about the future and the positive impact we can make on the environment.

FLEURIEU MILK
As a busy venue, we used to go through dozens of milk containers daily. However, in an effort to reduce our environmental impact, our Deli is proud to use the Fleurieu Milk on Tap system, which eliminates the need for any milk containers. Since implementing this system, we have already saved over 2,000 containers!
REUSABLY
At Evergreen, we offer reusable containers that can be used again and again. This way, you can enjoy your meal in the gardens or even take your coffee to the office, without leaving behind a single tray of trash. BIOPAK
Going green while on the go is easy with our BioPak eco-friendly BioCups, which are made from compostable plant-based materials. They are perfect for our iced coffee, kombucha or our other colourful drinks on tap.
VITTORIA COFFEE
We are committed to supporting local Aussie businesses, and our menu only features items that are available locally. One of our personal favourites is Vittoria Coffee. This family-owned business has been operating since 1958, and we have been serving their delicious coffee since our opening.
